I have been living at Durant @ Sugarloaf for almost 2 years and I must say am happy I chose to live at this Apartment, It's very clean, safe and peaceful and they keep you inform about any maintenance or any information and maintenance team always on schedule

This apartment was very pleasant. The management staff is extremely kind and help full. If you have any maintenance issues, they send someone within 24 hours.

I moved into Durant set sugarloaf about 2months ago and i couldn't ask for anything more. Everything you could possibly need is within arms reach (gas, grocery, barber car lots, etc).
